Thank you very much for your thorough answers. Deeply appreciated, even more so because such frankness and completeness is exceedingly rare these days, at least in America, where the people doing customer service are not always fully literate, don’t seem to actually read the questions, and often have no real familiarity with the products they’re providing customer service for.
